Project Manager – Construction (Good Pay + Bonus)

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end project management of new build and addition & alteration works, from design development through tendering, execution, completion and handover. Manage budgets, tender processes and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end project management of new build and A&A works, covering pre‑ and post‑construction phases.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, administer tender processes and provide regular cost and financial reports to management.
• Review architectural, structural and M&E drawings to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes and by‑laws.
• Monitor and control project progress to align with specifications, timelines and approved budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management, landlords, contractors, consultants and government authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project and design management.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, regulations and authority approval processes.
