About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across Singapore. The role involves independent project handling, team coordination, and ensuring high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

Manage projects independently from initiation to close‑out.
Supervise project teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, planning on‑site activities.
Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and report findings.
Control documentation, distribute drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BCA) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in renovation, addition & alteration, or construction.
Class 3 driving licence.
Construction Safety Course certification for Project Managers.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
