Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring progress aligns with schedules and budgets, and delivering high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick‑off meetings to align stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports.
• Evaluate the master programme, monitor work progress and identify delays.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor progress claims, interim certificates and process payment responses.
• Take preventive or remedial actions to address potential or actual delays.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist with documentation and provide recommendations for contract awards.
• Check safety management systems and conduct periodic safety inspections.
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on development concepts, preliminary programmes and budgets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes for all project stages.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to lead teams and work under pressure.
