Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Fuku, a construction firm specialising in addition and alteration (A&A) and building works, is hiring a Project Manager based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role covers planning, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, risk and cost control, and reporting to clients and management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules
• Allocate manpower, materials and budget to ensure timely delivery
• Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Identify risks and issues early and resolve delays, conflicts and unforeseen problems
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations, and oversee quality
• Monitor project expenses and provide regular progress reports
• Manage project handover and documentation

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore, working with main contractors
• Proven experience coordinating multiple subcontractors, stakeholders and on-site resources
• Strong communication and writing skills

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients

What we offer

• Salary of $7,000 - $13,000, commensurate with experience, including base salary and performance-related pay

• Working hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm
