Project Manager – Construction (Main Contractor & General Building)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will oversee site execution, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach team members, monitor productivity, and oversee organisational functions.
• Plan, forecast and track subcontractors' progress; conduct daily coordination meetings and weekly scheduling.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Verify construction details, defects and variations against plans before construction or payment processing.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities, providing guidance and supervision.
• Coordinate logistics and daily operational needs for smooth site execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised by BCA/PEB.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, preferably with a main contractor.
