Project Manager – Construction & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and site operations on Jurong Island. The role involves overseeing all phases of projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate manpower resources and supervise on‑site teams.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to align expectations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and monitor performance.
• Control project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and regular reports.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead project completion activities and handover to operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to control budgets and schedules.
• Effective problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
