Project Manager – Construction (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to define project specifications and deliverables.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Secure permits and licenses from authorities such as MOM, NEA, and HDB, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• PMP certification is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification knowledge.
