Project Manager – Construction Sector

About the role

GH Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion on Jurong Island. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements for accuracy and constructability.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Control project costs, variations, procurement, and contract administration.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews.
• Prepare regular project reports for senior management and clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior project managers, site engineers, and supervisors.
• Support business development through tender reviews and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations (WSH, BCA, MOM).
• Excellent risk‑management and cost‑control capabilities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
