Project Manager - Critical Infrastructure & Complex Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, governance and delivery of a large-scale, technically complex infrastructure project in Singapore. The role works closely with project leadership, consultants, contractors, specialist vendors and relevant authorities to manage programme, risk, compliance, documentation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, master programmes, milestone trackers and control tools, and track progress, risks, delays and dependencies
• Support the Project Lead in monitoring programme, risk, quality, compliance, stakeholder coordination and performance
• Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and executive-level reporting, and develop performance metrics
• Maintain risk registers, issue logs, action trackers and mitigation plans, and track regulatory submissions, approvals and compliance obligations
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and authorities, and run meetings, workshops and technical reviews
• Manage project correspondence, registers and documents, including document-control systems and submission registers
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and systems integration, monitor readiness for Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and handover, and support close-out and the Defects Liability Period

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
• Experience managing or coordinating complex infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, data centres, technology infrastructure or M&E-intensive developments
• Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

Required skills

• Testing and commissioning, systems integration, IST, authority submissions and handover processes (advantageous)
• Security-by-Design (SBD) requirements or similar security/compliance projects (advantageous)
• Strong documentation, governance, reporting and communication skills
