Project Manager - Data Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre projects for a Tier 1 multinational main contractor in Singapore. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from design and planning through construction, commissioning and hand‑over, ensuring delivery against schedule, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of data centre projects, coordinating design, construction and commissioning activities.
• Lead and supervise consultants, contractors and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
• Control project budgets, schedules and quality standards, reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building services and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience within the data centre sector.
• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of design, construction and project delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage consultants, contractors, programme, cost and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
