About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of an ongoing development project. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating across multiple teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of action items.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain an up‑to‑date view of all project deliverables to prevent any items from falling through the cracks.
  • Document and assign action items from meetings, clearly identifying responsible teams or individuals.
  • Proactively follow up with teams to keep action items and deliverables on schedule.
  • Attend project meetings and capture accurate minutes, including decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Own and maintain a centralized project tracker reflecting real‑time status, progress updates, and follow‑up actions.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder follow‑ups to gather progress updates and escalate risks or delays as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones, especially the U.S.
  • Identify potential project risks early and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to senior stakeholders when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
  • Provide regular status reports to leadership summarizing progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage difficult conversations.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate and engage demanding development teams.
  • Experience navigating challenging team dynamics with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Conflict‑resolution capabilities to mediate disagreements and keep projects moving forward.
  • Proficiency in maintaining well‑structured project documentation beyond the tracker.
