Project Manager – Electrical Equipment Projects

About the role

Join ANRADUS PTE. LTD., a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing multi‑sector projects from planning through commissioning. You will drive innovation, efficiency and sustainability while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and completion of multi‑sector projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost‑efficiency.
• Establish and uphold best‑in‑class project practices focused on innovation, efficiency and sustainability.
• Drive cost‑management initiatives and maintain financial accountability.
• Enhance procurement strategies in collaboration with the Procurement team for optimal material and service selection.
• Oversee commissioning processes to meet performance criteria.
• Implement and manage comprehensive risk‑management practices.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, business conduct and ethics policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing realistic delivery plans.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Lead or managerial role.
• EPCM project experience with the ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Experience in cost and schedule management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
