Project Manager – Elevator & Modern Installation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile elevator installation projects across Singapore. You will own the full project lifecycle—from award through installation, testing, commissioning and handover—ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, execute and close end‑to‑end elevator installation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, timelines and quality, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors, resolving technical and site issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in elevators, escalators, M&E, construction or building services.
• Strong understanding of project planning, site coordination and commissioning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and commercial awareness.
