Project Manager – ELV, Security & Surveillance Systems

About the role

As a member of the project management team for the new Terminal 5 building, you will lead the planning and delivery of security, surveillance and other ELV (extra‑low‑voltage) systems. The role covers the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion, ensuring solutions meet user requirements, are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the design, installation and commissioning of security, surveillance and ELV systems for the Terminal 5 project.
• Coordinate safety, risk and schedule management activities across all project phases.
• Collaborate with users, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals.
• Monitor progress, quality and budget, and report status to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Good degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in security and surveillance systems, including other ELV solutions.
• Experience in airport or mixed‑use development projects is preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, analytical and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
