Project Manager – Government Agency Projects

About the role

Join AvePoint as a Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within a government agency environment. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, IT infrastructure engineers, and agency users to deliver high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements, including operations, maintenance, and system monitoring.
• Maintain compliance with IT governance frameworks, with a focus on security and resilience.
• Lead coordination with GovTech auditors, manage audits, and oversee implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 4‑6 years of project management experience, preferably in full software or product development cycles.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
