Project Manager - Government Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a government‑focused IT initiative for JEET ANALYTICS. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with IT governance, stakeholder expectations, and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project lifecycle from initiation through closure, meeting defined goals and outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Engage business users, project teams, and external vendors to align expectations and communicate progress.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and issues promptly to maintain momentum.
• Promote effective team collaboration and dynamics.
• Incorporate user feedback into deliverables to ensure relevance.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and quality standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets within approved limits.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Make data‑driven decisions based on requirements and stakeholder input.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including full software or product development cycles.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem‑solving abilities demonstrated through project execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous.
