Project Manager – HDB & Residential Projects

About the role

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a strong portfolio of HDB BTO, residential and building projects across Singapore. They are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead end‑to‑end delivery of HDB and building projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through completion, managing teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, variation orders and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical and operational issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects from planning to completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
