Project Manager (Healthcare Real Estate)

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries and majority-owned by CBRE Group, is hiring a Project Manager for healthcare real estate in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare real estate projects such as renovations, fit-outs, expansions, relocations and infrastructure upgrades, while keeping disruption to ongoing operations to a minimum.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement plans and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and facilities teams, and partner with healthcare operations, clinical users and corporate functions to turn business needs into practical solutions.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, variations, schedules, risks and delivery performance.
• Lead tendering, contractor selection, contract administration and vendor performance management.
• Ensure works meet building, safety, regulatory, accessibility and organisational requirements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defect resolution, documentation and final handover to operations and facilities teams.
• Provide clear project reporting and escalate risks, dependencies and decisions when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost management, workplace functionality and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Project Management, Real Estate, Building/Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Experience managing real estate, construction, fit-out or facilities projects.
• Experience in a healthcare, hospital, medical, laboratory or similarly regulated environment is highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

Required skills

• Project planning, budgeting, procurement and contractor management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
