Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects for RK Power Engineering in Singapore. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules to meet agreed timelines.
• Supervise site operations and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including project coordinators, site coordinators, safety coordinator and site supervisors.
• Perform cost and revenue calculations and support day-to-day site operations.
• Manage claims, application submissions and authorise related issues.
• Represent the company in client and consultant meetings to discuss technical matters.
• Plan, organise and execute safety, environmental and public-relations initiatives on site.
• Authorise all categories of work permits and monitor the Permit-to-Work system, conducting audits and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Manager-level experience in construction or engineering project management.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong understanding of cost control, revenue calculation and permit authorisation processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client and consultant interaction.
