Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and schedules.
• Estimate resources and budgets, prepare and manage the project budget, and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, procure materials, labor and services, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and address unexpected delays.
• Lead and motivate construction teams, maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
• Oversee quality control, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports, and prepare closure documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and client interaction.
