Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that all works meet the required quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery. A strong focus on compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project team throughout all project phases.
• Manage project budget, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Ensure work quality meets the targeted CONQUAS score.
• Maintain workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Drive tender preparation and overall project management activities.
• Plan workforce, materials, and schedule to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience in construction project management.
