Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and complete construction projects from inception to handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, progress claims and variation orders.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NEA, LTA and other statutory requirements.
• Lead on‑site teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation measures and report progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings, prepare progress reports and ensure works follow drawings, specifications and contract terms.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record managing building or civil projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (PSSCOC, SIA) and local regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera.
