BIM Coordinator

About the role

Leads the development and coordination of complex documentation and BIM models, acting as a key resource for technical detailing, authority submissions and design coordination issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed design and technical drawings and statutory documentation for complex project packages.
• Coordinate design documentation across disciplines and resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Manage and update BIM models in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and support regulatory submissions and coordinate technical responses.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to documentation quality.

Required profile

• Strong capability in detailing, documentation, and BIM modelling.
• Able to detect and resolve technical coordination issues independently.
• Familiar with regulatory submission standards and digital submission workflows.
• Confident in coordinating across multiple disciplines and project stages.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently while guiding junior staff.
