Project Manager – M&E Design & Coordination

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (M&E) works for interior fit‑out projects. Based in our Singapore office, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between MEP and civil teams while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement and installation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
• Review and approve M&E designs, drawings and technical submittals for code compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and troubleshoot technical issues during execution and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets for M&E deliverables.
• Prepare regular progress and financial reports and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations and manage testing, commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Prior experience in interior fit‑out works (preferred).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, resourceful, proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
