Project Manager – Mechanical Air‑Conditioning & Ventilation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead mechanical air‑conditioning and ventilation (ACMV) projects across residential and commercial developments in Singapore. The role involves overseeing design, installation and commissioning activities while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ACMV systems for both residential and commercial buildings from concept to hand‑over.
• Provide leadership and adapt to changing project demands, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Work independently, maintain high initiative and manage pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors and stakeholders.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore with proven project results.
• Strong leadership, project management and communication abilities.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Mechanical air‑conditioning system design.
• Ventilation system design and installation.
• Knowledge of ACMV installation standards for residential and commercial projects.
