Project Manager (Outdoor Events)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of outdoor sports and live events. You will be responsible for planning, mobilisation, on‑site execution, dismantling and post‑event close‑out, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of assigned outdoor event projects from concept through post‑event close‑out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations and key deliverables.
• Coordinate workstreams, manage procurement, vendor quotations, and control project expenditures.
• Identify risks, operational constraints and potential delays, and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee on‑site operations, including site mobilisation, installation of structures, power, lighting, signage and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and technical partners to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve logistical issues and liaise with venue owners, authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, track actions, and communicate status, risks and issues to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering outdoor events or large‑scale live productions.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manager‑level experience with budget and resource management.
