Project Manager / Program Manager (Banking Projects)

About the role

Sia Partners, a consulting firm focused on strategy, business transformation, IT and digital strategy and data science, is hiring contractors as Project Managers and Program Managers for large-scale projects. The ideal candidates have experience in banking projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery and develop deliverables such as governance updates, weekly executive email updates, project roadmaps, business requirements, meeting agendas and minutes, and risk/action/issue/decision logs.
• Set up and oversee the project execution structure: manage the project, ensure consistency and synchronization, and maintain an integrated project plan, timeline and dependencies.
• Coordinate project status with key stakeholders during a recurring weekly project meeting, with notes and action items shared via Confluence.
• Provide executives with a high-level summary of program status on a weekly or bi-weekly basis by email.
• Facilitate project and workstream update sessions and meetings, including agenda, minutes, timeline and overall project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in financial services.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in banking projects.
