Project Manager – Retail Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑end retail fit‑out and renovation projects across Singapore. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate design, tendering, construction and handover phases to ensure projects meet client expectations, budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Lead tendering processes and coordinate design teams, contractors and external consultants.
• Identify and mitigate project risks early, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and authorities to align on design intent and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee on‑site activities, enforcing quality standards, safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management and optimise resource allocation.
• Review project outcomes, capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Interior Design or Construction Management.
• Proven experience managing retail fit‑out projects.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
