Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Construction (General Building)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of construction projects across Singapore, ranging from renovations and additions & alterations (A&A) to commercial and condominium developments. You will own the project lifecycle from planning through to final handover, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning, execution to final handover.
• Oversee renovation, A&A, commercial and condominium projects with full ownership.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, cost control and variation orders.
• Ensure compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and MCST guidelines.
• Conduct site meetings, monitor progress and proactively address technical or site issues.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore experience in renovation, A&A, commercial or residential (condo) projects.

• Regulatory compliance with BCA and MCST standards.
