Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – General Building

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead general building projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain workplace safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare regular project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
