Project Manager – Web Development & Design

About the role

As a Project Manager at Verz Design, you will lead web development and design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers and QA professionals, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback and managing expectations.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct thorough checks to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and address issues proactively.
• Keep all project documentation current, including plans, status reports and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience managing web agency or similar projects.
• Strong understanding of web development and design workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
