CyberSecurity Consultant – SIEM/SOC & Endpoint Specialist

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned CyberSecurity Consultant to design, implement, and manage advanced security solutions for its global clientele. The role focuses primarily on SIEM/SOC platforms while also covering PAM, endpoint, and EDR technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and operate cyber‑security stacks from vendors such as IBM Security, Elastic, Trend Micro, and Delinea.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, configurations, use cases, and operational playbooks.
• Deliver demos, proofs of concept, and consultative presentations to customers.
• Provide pre‑sales and architectural support, including scope definition, effort estimation, and statement of work preparation.
• Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting, and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions for operations teams.
• Develop integration scripts using Windows PowerShell, APIs, and command‑line tools; write code in at least one language (Java, C#, Python).
• Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Collaborate with vendor engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in cyber‑security solutions, with at least 3 years in SIEM/SOC implementation.
• 2+ years of experience with endpoint/EDR solutions and familiarity with enterprise‑level PAM platforms.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH) are a plus.
