About the role

The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at NTU is seeking a Project Officer to lead the development of electrochemical processes. This full‑time position supports research and industrial collaborations, focusing on surface‑finishing technologies.

Key responsibilities

Develop and optimise electrochemical processes such as electroless plating, electroplating and electrochemical etching.
Prepare technical documentation, reports and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate process solutions into projects.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in surface‑finishing techniques.
Solid knowledge of electrochemistry and hands‑on experience with related equipment.
Strong teamwork orientation and problem‑solving drive.
Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
