Project & Service Engineer – BMS, PLC, SCADA (3 positions)

About the role

We are seeking three motivated Project Engineers / Service Engineers to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on the operation, maintenance and improvement of Building Management Systems (BMS), PLC, SCADA and related mechanical engineering assets across various sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise subcontractors and manpower for maintenance tasks after project hand‑over.
• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure timely maintenance and servicing works.
• Develop and execute preventive‑maintenance schedules for BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Perform routine checks, system backups, restoration, troubleshooting and system upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.
• Record service and maintenance data, generate detailed service reports.
• Provide technical and operational guidance, delivering engineering solutions to site facility management.
• Carry out any additional ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or service engineering.
• Knowledge of BMS, PLC and HVAC is advantageous.
