Project Specialist (Nominations & Accounts Closure)

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Manage administration of withdrawal schemes under Account Closure, including policy reviews, operational processes and system enhancements to ensure CPF assets are disbursed accurately and promptly to rightful beneficiaries.
- Review and improve end‑to‑end processes across Nominations, Withdrawals and Disbursements to strengthen service delivery, operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify process gaps, assess operational impact and implement harmonised solutions supporting business objectives.
- Analyse operational trends, emerging issues and customer feedback to develop recommendations that improve policy implementation and service outcomes.
- Drive data analytics initiatives, including managing and enhancing the Death Withdrawal data mart, to support evidence‑based decision making.
- Develop business insights, management reports and performance dashboards to monitor operational outcomes, risks and service standards.
- Contribute operational perspectives to strategic planning, resource allocation and capability development within the department.
- Support capability‑building initiatives by promoting data literacy, process improvement practices and effective use of analytics across the team.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in operations management, policy administration, business process review or service delivery functions.
- Ability to analyse operational issues, identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations and solutions.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development or using data to support business decisions.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, operational risk considerations or customer journey enhancement practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and sound judgement when managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail with focus on accuracy, timeliness and customer outcomes.
