Associate – Financial Institutions Group (12‑month fixed term)

About the role

As an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group, you will help grow and deepen ANZ's relationships with non‑bank financial institutions while supporting the bank’s overall Financial Institutions strategy. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in Singapore, ideal for a motivated team player.

Key responsibilities

• Support client relationship management, onboarding and ongoing reviews.
• Assist with the execution of business opportunities and transactions.
• Ensure the portfolio complies with the bank’s credit policies, group standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective client support.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services, particularly with financial institutions, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and a quick learning ability.
• High energy, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.
