Project Supplier Quality Manager

About the role

The Project Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and managing Supplier Quality Management processes across all phases of EPC‑IO projects. The role ensures that materials, equipment and services supplied by vendors meet contractual, technical and regulatory requirements while supporting project schedule and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Supplier Quality Management Plan aligned with the Project Quality Plan, defining surveillance strategies and inspection levels.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, evaluation and re‑evaluation, including pre‑award audits and assessment of quality management systems such as ISO standards.
• Manage supplier inspection and test activities throughout fabrication and delivery, embedding inspection requirements in purchase orders and sub‑contracts.
• Monitor supplier QA/QC performance, handle non‑conformance reporting, corrective and preventive actions, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Track Supplier Quality KPIs, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC or supplier quality management within offshore oil & gas EPC projects.
• Proven track record managing supplier quality through procurement, fabrication and construction phases.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in multicultural, multi‑location environments.
