Property Executive (Commercial)

About the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Property Executive to join its Property Asset Management team in Singapore. The role delivers property management services for commercial properties, covering day-to-day operations, tenant relations, maintenance and safety, budget management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties, conduct regular inspections of common areas, walkways and facades, and ensure high standards of interior and exterior maintenance
• Manage and review contractor work against specifications and statutory requirements, prepare repair estimates and supervise works
• Manage fire protection and security systems, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards, run fire and evacuation drills and carry out health and safety audits
• Assist in drafting, monitoring and reporting budgets and expenditures, and produce management reports
• Build relationships with tenants and stakeholders, attend tenant and council meetings, and resolve tenant complaints
• Oversee on-site personnel and contractors, ensure training and performance reviews, and liaise with local authorities
• Manage major work programmes on site, acting as the main point of contact so projects finish on time, within budget and to standard

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in facility, property or operations management
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with at least 3 years of practice
• Experience in M&E and facilities management of high-end commercial or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of BMSMA laws related to multi-tier MCST

Required skills
