Property Executive – SJ Campus

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Executive to support day‑to‑day management and operations of SJ Campus, a biophilic development in the Jurong Innovation District. This role offers fresh graduates exposure across property operations, tenant management, facilities services, events, leasing support, AV and digital systems, and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth building management.
• Handle tenant enquiries, feedback, complaints and maintenance requests with timely follow‑up.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair, maintenance, fit‑out and improvement works.
• Manage term contractors and facilities services such as air‑conditioning, lifts, cleaning, landscaping and pest control.
• Support events and placemaking activities, leasing team, car‑park operations and AV equipment management.
• Work with Fire Safety Manager and Workplace Safety Officer to address safety and health matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates with tenant management and contractor supervision experience are a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to follow up effectively.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable resolving operational issues on‑site.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn across property and facilities functions.
