Property Officer, M&E

About the role

JLL is hiring a Property Officer for its M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) team in Singapore. The role supports the M&E executives and leads the technicians in delivering technical services for building and M&E systems, covering maintenance, vendor coordination, tenant fit-outs and budget tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Support the M&E executives in the day-to-day maintenance and operation of building and M&E systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation according to design specifications.
• Monitor and supervise the preventive maintenance plan, procure parts for repairs and replace, and administer PTWs.
• Manage vendors and contractors, verify completed works and ensure work meets timelines and standards.
• Inspect plumbing fittings, test by-pass timers and controls, and monitor utility consumption and equipment readings, taking corrective action when needed.
• Review and recommend cost-saving measures and durability improvements.
• Assist the Tenant Service Executive with handover documents, coordinate tenant fit-out works, review submissions with vetting consultants, check post-fit-out conditions and oversee reinstatement.
• Handle tenant requests for additional power, emergency power, chilled water and electricity account changes, and prepare weekly fit-out status reports.
• Oversee landlord subdivision works and track budgets.

Required profile

• Diploma in Building Services / Real Estate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines, and to achieve KPIs.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, friendly and assertive, meticulous, independent and hardworking.
