Property Risk Consulting Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Property Risk Consulting Analyst to join its property risk consulting team in Singapore. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. As an entry-level individual contributor, you will advise client companies on risk management strategies, use data to optimise their risk profiles and recommend plans to monitor and mitigate their risk exposure, while supporting managers and Senior Consultants on client assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Research client risks and needs and provide analysis to support managers.
• Create simple presentations, slides and other communications for client and internal meetings.
• Take part in writing proposals, work plans, client service agreements, project pricing and technical documentation.
• Attend and take part in client and internal meetings to support Senior Consultants.
• Write concise notes from research or meetings to support follow-up actions.
• Conduct Property Risk Evaluation (PRE) surveys to gather underwriting information, identify improvement opportunities and prepare reports.
• Provide property loss control advice to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical science.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Property Risk Engineering and the Loss Control business, or similar risk consulting fields.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred but not required: experience in semiconductor, heavy manufacturing, chemical, construction, ports and terminals or healthcare.
