Pull-In Supervisor

About the role

Subsea7 is seeking a Pull-In Supervisor to lead subcontractor Pull‑In Tower teams on offshore wind farm projects. You will ensure high‑quality execution, monitor progress, and guarantee compliance with health, safety and environmental standards while delivering accurate as‑built documentation for each tower.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor Pull‑In Tower crews and their daily activities.
• Monitor and report on the quality and progress of tower‑related works.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable HSE regulations.
• Coordinate the production and hand‑over of As‑built documentation for each tower.
• Maintain effective two‑way communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore wind farm cable pull‑in operations.
• Valid GWO Basic Safety Training certificate.
• Current Rigging Certificate.
• Offshore medical certificate suitable for the geographical area of work.
