QA Analyst

About the role

The QA Analyst will develop, implement, and manage quality management programs for a specific functional area. You will ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain quality initiatives, process‑improvement projects, and corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, and ensure robust corrective measures.
• Collect and analyse audit data, customer and supplier feedback, and process metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies.
• Train employees on continuous‑improvement techniques and the quality management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of quality standards and industry practices.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and make decisions.
