About the role
We are seeking a QA Engineer to join the Quality team of a leading contract manufacturing MNC in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance across internal, supplier and customer interfaces, supporting ongoing transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality‑related issues (internal, supplier, customer).
- Maintain product quality records and address quality issues.
- Release finished goods and perform quality assurance checks.
- Manage customer and supplier complaints in collaboration with the team.
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
- Participate in risk management activities.
- Provide quality support and training to internal stakeholders as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO13485 standards.
