QA Officer (Township)

About the role

The QA Officer will be responsible for reviewing work orders, conducting site inspections and ensuring that all township maintenance activities comply with contract specifications. This position supports the QA Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy across all projects.

Key responsibilities

• Extract work orders from the TCMS (HCL) system and select samples for QA review.
• Verify that submitted samples meet contract documents and specifications.
• Conduct on‑site inspections with property officers, confirming measurements and preventing duplicate work.
• Document findings, discuss them with the QA Manager, and ensure all items in the work order are reviewed or explained.
• Enter QA findings using Microsoft Office 2016.
• Provide clarification during closing meetings and respond to queries.
• Follow up on remedial actions taken by TCBUs.
• Check work order reports generated by the HCL system for compliance.
• Assist the QA Manager in tracking S/POs/HOs that need attention.

Required profile

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of building services, maintenance and repairs is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing abilities.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
