QA Specialist – 4‑Month Contract, Up to SGD 3800

About the role

We are seeking a QA Specialist to support a multi‑product cGxP contract manufacturing facility in Singapore on a four‑month contract. The role focuses on managing GMP documentation, ensuring data integrity and supporting day‑to‑day quality assurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of GMP documents in the Documentation Management System, including archiving and handling inactive records.
• Maintain physical documents in the on‑site archive room and assist with DMS migration projects.
• Process and enter training records data, ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Support routine QA operations, detect non‑compliance with cGxP and cGDP requirements, and advise on corrective actions.
• Provide basic compliance assistance to all departments and uphold data integrity principles.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Biotechnology, Biological Science, Chemistry, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering.
• Ability to start on short notice.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and suggest improvements.

Required skills

• GMP documentation management.
• Experience with Documentation Management Systems (DMS).
• Knowledge of cGxP and cGDP compliance.
• Data integrity management.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term 4‑month contract.
• Monthly salary between SGD 3,200 and SGD 3,800.
