QA Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a QA Supervisor to lead our quality inspection team and ensure our products meet the highest standards. The role involves managing inspectors, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Quality Inspectors, overseeing day‑to‑day inspection operations.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and inspection procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality specifications and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide timely feedback to engineering to improve quality documentation and training.
• Conduct failure analyses, root‑cause investigations and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Suggest and support improvement initiatives for product, process or business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional manufacturing teams to meet quality standards.
• Maintain flexible working hours to meet customer demand.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality inspection teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes, standards and procedures.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to provide feedback to engineering and train inspectors.
• Commitment to ensuring products meet quality specifications before reaching customers.
