QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System across construction projects, monitor system performance, and support audit activities to maintain high standards of quality and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems on projects and report on system performance.
• Support planning and execution of internal quality and environmental audits covering all operations.
• Monitor quality reports and maintain proper control of project quality records.
• Conduct inspections and testing exercises in line with the Quality Management System.
• Identify potential technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and external parties on quality‑related matters.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Preferably a manager specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
