About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control activities on construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards, client requirements and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

Conduct quality briefings and training sessions for site personnel.
Prepare Work Method Statements (MS) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
Arrange on‑site and laboratory testing in line with the ITP.
Perform regular quality inspections, both internal and joint with the client.
Monitor implementation of QMS, ITP and MS on site and ensure project quality objectives are met.
Attend external and internal audits, close out findings and report on quality audits of subcontractors and other sites.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a construction company.
Experience across commercial, residential, plant or civil projects.
Proficiency with CMS, Novate and BIM360 QAQC software.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or Architecture.
