Quality Assurance Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance and control across construction projects in Singapore. You will develop, implement and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure all works meet contractual, regulatory and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project and corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
• Establish project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and monitor continuous improvement.
• Oversee all QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating inspections, testing and documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, facilitate external audits and ensure compliance with BCA and other industry standards.
• Manage non‑conformance reports, lead root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, consultants and clients as the primary quality contact.
• Develop and deliver quality awareness training and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in construction, data‑center, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or large‑scale building projects.
• Strong leadership, auditing and quality‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder relationships.
